  • Coin Street neighbourhood Centre

Situated in Londons dynamic South Bank area minutes from Waterloo station, the award-winning Coin Street neighbourhood centre has a range of contemporary state-of-the-art conference, meeting and event spaces. Ideally situated for rail, river, road and bus connections, the centre is surrounded by the designer shops, bars, restaurants and attractions of Londons South Bank. The bright, inviting spaces have floor to ceiling natural daylight, stylish designer furniture and environmentally sustainable features throughout.  The spaces are flexible and suit a wide range of activities; from seminars and training courses to board meetings and product launches. A superb and spacious roof terrace has stunning views of Oxo Tower Wharf the National Theatre and London Eye. The spaces have comprehensive built-in AV equipment and a range of different menus are available to suit all budgets and event requirements, provided by our preferred caterers. Drinks and canape receptions can be catered for within the centre, and dinner events and formal lunches can be arranged at the nearby restaurants at Oxo Tower Wharf.

  • Comfort Inn - Vauxhall

This is a newly built hotel fronting the Thames and as such has is fully equipped with modern facilities including a bar, fitness rooms and parking facilities. It is the ideal place for meetings, seminars or training and has three modern conference suites with capacity for up to 75 delegates. Vauxhall has excellent underground and overland transport links and is a short taxi ride from Victoria and the City of London. As such it is ideally located for the business traveller.

HMS Belfast provides something unique in the way of conference facilities. The Admirals Quarters, Wardroom and Anteroom, the Ships Company Dining Hall and the Gunroom banqueting suites can be hired for receptions, lunches, dinners and conferences, and a full catering service is available. Londons foremost specialist in events run conferences to ensure that everything goes smoothly.   • Imperial War Museum

The Imperial War Museum provides a great unique venue for conferences and meetings. It is set in nine acres of parkland and is close to both the City and Westminster so has excellent transport links. A conference suite is available during the day for a range of functions such as meetings and training days. For a speculator evening reception, the atrium, a 70ft high glass domed space with five full sized aeroplanes suspended from the ceiling can also be hired. Capacity is up to 1,000 delegates.

  • Kings College London

Kings College London has a wide range of conference facilities with a selection of theatres, classrooms and exhibition space at various campuses. There are two recently refurbished buildings at the Waterloo and London Bridge Campuses including a main auditorium with a 360 delegate seating capacity. Kings College has a team of technicians to assist with technical issues and a range of audio-visual equipment is available. Catering, from finger buffet to banquet can also be provided by experienced chefs. Kings College is close to Waterloo and as such has excellent transport links.

  • Westminster Boating Base

One of Londons best-kept secrets for conferences, meetings and training courses. The Base is set exclusively in pretty London gardens in an inrivalled position on the north bank of the Thames. The venue has stunning river views from all three of the rooms, and adjoining balconies extend over the river, which offers ample outside space.   • Young Vic Theatre

The Club Room is a unique private space at the heart of the Young Vic. Located off the mezzanine bar, it is an unusual backdrop for your business meeting, training session or away-day, as well as being ideal for filming, photo shoots and auditions. The Club Room can also be used for receptions and private dining.

With direct access onto the terrace overlooking The Cut the Club Room has Wifi, an LCD screen with laptop and MP3 connection, DVD player and a choice of catering options to suit your event and budget.

The Young Vic is just a short walk from Waterloo mainline and underground station, and Southwark underground station.
